That is, they need the skills to understand the types of skills required, as well as the areas of the field they can apply their skills in.

Students also need to be prepared to tackle a variety of challenging subjects.

For example, the STEM degree may be a one-time course, but it may be valuable in the future.

The challenges with the job market for STEM workers, however, include lack of funding and a lack of access to training.

This makes it challenging for many students to take the courses required to get their degrees.
